Gulberg Greens is a residential and commercial project located in Islamabad, Pakistan. It is a master-planned community that features a variety of housing options, including apartments, villas, and houses, as well as commercial spaces, parks, and other amenities.

Gulberg Greens Islamabad is done by the Gulberg Islamabad company. It is a subsidiary of the Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS) which is a cooperative society for the employees of the Intelligence Bureau of Pakistan. It was launched in 2006 and is still under construction. The development covers an area of 2,300 kanals and is divided into several blocks. Urban Planning & Design (PVT) Limited (UPDL) is responsible for the planning and development of Gulberg Greens. They have taken responsibility for the complete project planning, engineering design, execution, and supervision of all the development work in Gulberg Greens. Gulberg Greens Islamabad is continuously developing at a competitively faster pace. The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce awarded them with the best development of this year. According to the development stats, about 80 percent of Gulberg Greens are done whereas about 60 to 70 percent of areas of Gulberg Residencia are developed.
Gulberg Greens is located in the city of Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. It is situated in the Gulberg Town area, which is an upscale neighborhood in the northeastern part of the city. The development is located near the Islamabad Expressway and is easily accessible from the main city center. It is also in close proximity to the Margalla Hills, which provides a picturesque backdrop for the area.
NOC and Permits
Gulberg Greens is one of Islamabad’s most popular CDA-approved housing societies, focusing on farmhouses. Gulberg Islamabad is home to some of the most prestigious commercial areas, comprising a significant proportion of the real estate. The project’s layout plan was approved by CDA in 2011 whereas the official NOC was provided by them in 2012.
It has two phases, The Gulberg Greens Farm Houses as well as The Gulberg Green Residencia.
Gulberg Green Farmhouses
The Farm Houses are located at Mouza Koral in zone IV of Islamabad. They are situated right at the entrance from Islamabad Highway, followed by the residential plots located 6 to 7 KM further ahead after the Gulberg Greens ends.

The farmhouses have three different options available, namely the Jasmine Enclave with 4 Kanals plots, The Rose Enclave with 5 Kanals, and The Tulip Enclave with 10 Kanal farmhouses. The development work of blocks A, B, and C is complete, and possession is in hand while the development works in Blocks D & E are currently under process.
The Gulberg Residencia connects to the Gulberg Greens through a bridge, where it connects to Gulberg Residencia through a bridge which is currently under construction. Gulberg Residencia is located about 6 to 7 KM off the Islamabad Highway. A 220 ft wide Gulberg Expressway connects Gulberg Greens with Gulberg Residencia through a bridge that is under construction currently.
Gulberg Residencia spans a total of 15000 Kanal of the area which divides into approximately 10,000 residential plots. Gulberg Greens also named the blocks in the easiest alphabetical order. The whole project divides into 21 different blocks. Plots of various sizes are available in these blocks ranging from 200 Sq. Yards, 272 Sq.Yards, 356 Sq.Yards, 500 Sq.Yards and 1000 Sq.Yards.
The owners have now brought forward commercial plots in the area. Business hubs will develop here shortly, and people will soon be seeking to own plots here. In Gulberg Greens, there are three major commercial areas.
